Fontaines D.C. announce a Uk and Ireland tour for their upcoming new album
The band of many hit songs release tour dates for November and December of 2024.
The band will be doing nine shows overall, in celebration of the anticipated release of their new album called ‘Romance’. Find more about this on their Instagram here.
The tour dates start in Wolverhampton, travelling through London, Cardiff, Plymouth, all the way to their last show that’s planned to take place in Dublin. Some fans have started controversy due to the band only having one show in Ireland, when it has been named the ‘Uk and Ireland’ tour. Tell us what you think. One song has been released from their new album ‘Romance’ which is called ‘Starburster’ which radiates energy adapted from some their past songs but renewed giving more of a post-punk feel. Due to the release of this song, fans are very excited to see what will come next for this band.
Fontaines D.C. are known for their post-punk music, some classics of their songs being ‘I Love You’ and ‘Boys In The Better Land’ , and a personal favourite: ‘Roman Holiday’ which is from their album released in April 2022 ‘Skinty Fia’.
